Return, Exchange & Final Sale Policies

ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier or any optional shipping insurance provider.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled.

We create handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces with extraordinary attention to detail. Because of the artisanal nature of our products, we maintain a strict all-sales-final policy.

Our Canes & Walking Sticks are one-of-a-kind works of art. Each piece is handcrafted with intention—no two are identical. These cannot be reproduced or replaced.

Our Caps are carefully curated and selected to complement our collection. Once purchased, they become yours.
