Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is confirmed delivered, we cannot replace or refund after confirmed acceptance by the carrier or confirmed delivered we cannot refund or replace missing/lost/stolen items.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier or any optional shipping insurance provider.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of SerjonWhittler pieces — each with unique dimensions, weight, and structural profile — an $80 shipping deposit is collected at checkout. This deposit represents the estimated cost to ship to the furthest domestic destination from our location.

Once your order is placed and your piece is fully packaged, we will confirm the exact shipping cost based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. If the actual cost is less than the deposit, we will refund the difference. If the actual cost exceeds the deposit, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout for your approval before any additional charge is processed.

Carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL apply specialized pricing for irregular, oversized, and uniquely shaped items — this is standard industry practice and not a markup on our end. We are committed to full transparency on every order.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

All SerjonWhittler shipments require Adult Signature upon delivery. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid UNITED STATES government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. No exceptions — no neighbor signatures, no building managers, no proxy recipients. The piece is released only to the verified buyer.

If You Are Not Home at Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, the package will be held at the carrier's designated facility. The buyer has until the close of business on the 4th day (Sundays excluded, as many carrier locations are closed) to retrieve the package with valid photo ID.

If the package has not been picked up by the close of business on the 4th day, or if the carrier contacts you prior to that deadline and you have not retrieved the item, a Return to Sender will be initiated. The buyer will be charged for all return shipping costs. SerjonWhittler pieces are original works of art — they are not subject to carrier disposal under any circumstances.
