Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind our handmade work.
All items include a 30-day craftsmanship warranty covering:

• Defects in materials

• Defects in construction

Not Covered

• Normal wear & tear

• Damage from misuse

• Using decorative canes as weight-bearing devices

• Modifications

• Natural characteristics of the wood — including grain variations, healed scars, tonal shifts, and knots — are not defects. They are the wood's permanent record and an intentional part of each piece.
